I just got an API key for the OneBusAway real-time API in my area, so now I have access to some real-time transit feeds. I think it would be very cool to plot transit vehicle locations on the map, and I believe OpenTripPlanner can incorporate real-time delay information into its routing which would be very cool to implement.
