[RFE] Automate the bumping of Headlamp in homebrew

Current situation

We currently have Headlamp being distributed in homebrew, and updating the version there can be made easier with livecheck and CI. So we should have that in place, to speed up and prevent errors when bumping the hombrew version.

@Rabattkarte has previously suggested a couple of ways to do this to me. Maybe you want to be involved Nils.
