Possible race condition in definition + use of ResourceClasses

Description

Going into certain resources, I have run into this issue a couple of times where there's a complaint that the ResourceClasses object is not defined. This cannot be reproduced 10/10 but I think it has to do with the event.ts using the ResourceClasses while also being imported by k8s/index.
