[RFE] Create Notifications area

Current situation

We have the notifications popup which show a fixed number of notifications.

Impact

If we happen to have more than that number of notifications, it is not shown. Also, the popup is a small and maybe difficult to read everything for all users.

Ideal future situation

Besides the notification's popup, we have also a notifications page which shows all the notifications. In the notifications' popup there's a link to the notifications' page.

Additional information

The design only makes sense to be delivered together with #16 .
