Document OIDC with managed k8s

We have looked into OIDC with EKS, GKE, and Azure. So we should document that for users.

Hello @joaquimrocha, Is there any chance to add support for OpenShift (Oauth) support for the Headlamp? We did some investigation in the scope of this PR https://github.com/headlamp-k8s/headlamp/issues/1035

While the OpenShift console already has a number of useful features, we believe that offering Headlamp across multiple clusters would further enhance the user experience. Do you think there's a chance of adding specific OAuth support for OpenShift?

It would be nice to have a guide for Keycloak + kube-oidc-proxy + oauth2-proxy as well!
