@maccharlesnmx Did you have this issue on a recent version of JRuby? The most recent replies here were all (somewhat older) versions of JRuby 1.7.
I'm pretty sure this is really an OpenSSL bug so I'm transferring the issue there. Perhaps someone can test against a more recent JRuby? We expanded support for ciphers since...
Hmm, I don't believe I have removed any old versions, nor do I really know how to do that. Other 9.3.x versions are still there?
@cpuguy83 Can you offer some advice here? I did not think that updating the versions and pushing updates would make old images inaccessible.
I will keep this issue as a 9.4 to-do, since we would love to have folks be able to try out prerelease images. cc @enebo
This should be fixed by #24 but I was unable to get the build to run tests.
See also https://github.com/jruby/jruby/commit/53f18bc936001eaeab4a5344f034b31d015f3aa4 which adds back the missing signature temporarily.
Moved to 2.2.0 because we're also landing some API changes.
We (JRuby folks) would really like to see this land, since it could help our users mitigate slow startup times.
