Did you run bower install?

I'm having the same problem. When I run gulp fonts, the error is "Bower component direnctory does not exist at..." I have ensured that Bower is installed. Has the directory gone missing? I don't see it in the repo, nor in my cloned copy. The video in the Treehouse lesson seems to indicate that the directory should be present.

Try running bower install from inside the repo
