Publish package

Right now it doesn't look like this package is published to Pursuit.

Could we get it published and added to the package set so that libraries can start consuming it?

Since we're considering moving this library into core (https://github.com/hdgarrood/purescript-debugged/issues/5#issuecomment-703124949), maybe that should take place before we go about publishing it?
