Changing clip on melodic StepSequencer makes the notes go messy

Hey guys! thank you for the amazing mapping i'm having only one issue with this, and this happens on the Melodic Step Sequencer on Ableton 12 .1.10 it happened on both launchpad mk1 and mk2, and the way it happens varies a lot. Sometimes it goes back to normal, but most of the time don't.

Basically, sometimes when I change something (scale, speed or even size) in a note in the melodic stepsequencer, the changes change randomly. Sometimes some notes disappear, sometimes only the last notes remain, here is what happens in the images bellow when i tried to change the octave from a midi clip, it happens in several projects and with random clips.

Is that any problem with the ableton version?

I tried with ableton 11 and it also happens. I think it have to do with different clips playing different scales. when you change from clip 1 (e#) to clip 4(c#) for example, some notes go missing even if you just try to change the lenght or anything. sometimes going ctrl z just works, but sometimes don't.

hi, yeah the melodic step seq is kind of a hack, and while changing scale and step resolution it tries to makes sense, but it does not always work. i did not find a proper way to fix unforntunatly :/
