Device mode gets stuck in instrument rack

Reproduce:

• Add a device and put it in an instrument rack, add another device after the instrument rack but outside of it
• Enter device control mode on a launchpad using launchpad95 script
• Select the instrument rack and navigate down into the devices group using the "down" button on the launchpad
• Device control will become stuck on the first device in the group and cannot be navigated from using the arrow buttons. If there are multiple devices within the rack, you cannot navigate between them.
