Allow reopen while loading

Currently, the extension will not let you reopen a tab until it has finished loading (the loading favicon animation has finished), can there be a patch to override this?

Quite a stretch but anyways, automatically update the license year by detecting the year of the local machine's time/timezone every new year. Opening up a project last modified in 2022...
