What are you trying to do? This is just a collection of source code for several different programs, the commands (.exe files) are mostly at https://hcs64.com/vgm_ripping.html

I don't know how to use bst.exe from https://hcs64.com/files/baad01.zip I need some help. PLEASE!

@gitty3010 What are you trying to do? I don't remember what bst.exe does, from this post I think it was just part of an experiment for exploring the sound banks in Twilight Princess, it generated this list, but that's all it does.
