[Feature request] Compatibility Matrix - For cipher and TLS Versions.

Would be incredible value to have a way to match each cipher (and TLS) to the supported Operation System, Brower, Library (java, .net, openssl), etc.

And have a new UI to see easily what will stop working when you remove some chipper.
