Lamp does not pair

I have HA 2022.8.4 over HAOS 8.4 (rpi3-64 bit)

BT is configured on default interface hci0.

On a resetted lamp cannot connect: discover does not find anything and via mac address the lamp does not start blinking.

How can I solve this issue?

What lamp is it? What bt adapter do you have? The RPI bt is notorious to be of really bad quality... https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/bluetooth/ Do you have bluetooth integration enabled? Is the lamp in range ?
