snowflakes restart when scrolling on Edge browser on mobile

Awesome effect! I have noticed on mobile the snowflakes will restart when scrolling from the top of the page. Edit: this appears to only effect Microsoft Edge browser on mobile.

This occurs due to the fact that the size of the viewport changes, a panel with controls appears at the bottom. I'll fix it
