Missing Common Terminal Characters

This font has quickly become my terminal font. However, it is missing a few key blocks that are commonly used on the terminal:

• Box-drawing characters (U+x2500 through U+x257F)
• Block elements (U+x2580 through U+x259F)

While a large number of characters, the shapes involved should prove trivial to someone experienced with the software. I've created a stop-gap on my local copy for the upper and lower half block characters (U+x2580 and U+x2584). While better than before, it still leaves gaps between lines, ruining the intended effect. The attached picture shows the improvement made.
