Migration Failure on v25+ of CockroachDB

Account: v0.7.252 CockroachDB: v25.1.7

Fresh install / database -> Account pod cannot setup database due to migration error:

Error in migration account_db_v2_social_id_pk_change: 0A000 - relation "social_id" (119): unimplemented: primary key dropped without subsequent addition of new primary key in same transaction

Update: I downgraded CockroachDB to latest-v24.2 and migrations completed successfully

Leaving issue open, in case team are not already tracking an issue to support latest versions of CockroachDB
