Can Workspaces Elevate or Propagate Knowledge Upstream?

I am new to Huly and just getting started, so I am sorry if this is a power user request so early.

We are a small YouTube creator team, and we are just starting to bring on some external consultants and support teams.

I am learning how everything works, but according to the AI helping with the docs and setting up my workflow, it seems like workspaces are 100% separate and are isolated.

I wondered if it's possible to create a parent-child, or hierarchical relationship between workspaces where information can flow upstream, but not downstream?

Ideally, there would be a core workspace where knowledge can be collected from the various external teams, and then if we want to, we can push that information back down to each team in packets.

For example, a workflow document.
