[Feature Request] Issue - Start time tracking

For a given issue, I can log time. However, it would be useful to have a button to start a timer that tracks how long I spend on the issue. I could then stop the timer, and upon stopping, the duration would automatically fill in the time entry.

Hey @aplatoff this is what I've been bugging you about, this is crucial for user growth when it comes to freelancers and agencies - also the ability to set when time is billed to a client.
