Ability to import Linear CSV

Description of the issue

I would like to import all of my issues from Linear to Huly. In Linear Settings > Import / Export a CSV file can be exported, which could be used to then import those issues into this platform. This would be the ultimate knockdown to truly replace the platforms. you're trying to replace.

Huly Version: v0.6.313

My team is really interested to move to Huly, however migrating Linear issues is really a huge blocker for us
