Add Recruiting filtering tests + fix old test of Issues list

• Add Talents filtering tests
• Add Vacancies filtering list
• Add test to Add members to Vacancy
• Split and fix Issues Filtering tests
• Update file structure of Recruiting tests
• Add Review tests

@haiodo, In this PR I've collected all the latest edits for my and other people's tests. It will fix a lot. If there's anything that needs fixing from me - write me, I'll do it while I'm in context.

Please note that now most of the failed tests are related to the fact that the application unexpectedly hides the channel settings sidebar when we change some value (like auto join). This seems to be a bug. If you fix it, the old tests will run correctly.
