Description of the issue

It would be nice to have some sort of analysis for documents. Who has contributed to it? How many words are in it?

It could be as simple as seen in ODOO17, just a name who created the file and who edited it last.

It would be in combination with https://github.com/hcengineering/platform/issues/5270
