Performance issues when switching from All Issues to a filtered view in Tracker

Switching from All Issues to a filtered view is very slow. For me it takes 10-30 seconds to open filtered view.

1. It takes less than a second to open my filtered view
2. It takes only several seconds to open All Issues
3. But If I open All Issues and then open my filtered view, it can take up to 30 seconds to show data
