Change of development flow, to simplify development.

1. Do any changes in any of extracted repositories, utils, core,server, net, hulylake, hulypulse, communication and after changes are made
2. Execute ./scripts/takeUpstream.sh
3. Create a PR with all required changes to platform repository.
