I was trying to connect the Switch 2 joycons to pc and when i tried to connect them it gave me this error and i don't know how to solve it.

This is very little information to go on. See the troubleshooting page of the docs on how to get logs. Logging Bluetooth packets is really the only way to solve issues like this.

If I'm remembering correctly, in most cases, this turned out to be a badly behaving peripheral or badly behaving Bluetooth adapter. Well, actually, in most cases, people didn't follow the advice to do a Bluetooth packet capture, so we don't know what it was.
