• positional param loop section: add explicit statement to cd raw_fastq before writing loop script

• long exercise in positional params: for some reason all questions are labeled as "1."

• long exercise in positional params: add a bit at the end actually instructing them to run the script

• long exercise in positional params: formatting of exercise "click for answer" is weird in .md (but fine in .html), could consider this format which might work for both: <details> <summary markdown='span'><b>Click here for answer </b></summary> your text to be hidden (note: there is empty line above it) </details>

• slurm array: broken awk lesson link?

• positional params: could consider adding "advanced use positional param in loop" lesson back in if we want to flesh out (we ended an hour early)
