updating the lesson goals, challenges, recommendations

I edited some of these for the slide deck and we can add update them here. Small language edits

As many of the lessons have evolved over time - these points do not always line up with the content. Additionally there are redundancies. Consider removing them? @Gammerdinger @nsohail19
