Typing double when using hardware keyboard on iPad

Same here. I hope someone can find a better solution to fix it. In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the keyboard repeat in the settings.

This is still happening to me too. iPadOS 16.3.1 on iPad Pro 10.5 inch wifi with a hardware keyboard attached. Any fixes or workarounds I can try in the meantime?

I "fixed" it by disabling autorepeat in the settings. (Accessibility -> Keyboard -> Key Repeat)
