Clean up "$" prompt at start of pasted string at prompt

Feature request from @Diatrus - when pasting, if lines of the pasteboard string begin with $ , and we appear to be at a prompt (detect this via iTerm2 integration), filter them out before sending the pasted string to the subprocess. Of course it would also be ideal to implement bracketed paste mode alongside this.
