Resize the keyboard toolbars in landscape

Having added the Fn keys row, opening the keyboard popup is now… a little silly:

So have them adapt to landscape and squish down to not intrude on space so much. Maybe we could hide Fn keys as a swipe from the right rather than a whole extra row too.
