Download list items visual style, timestamp and clear all option.

Download list have no option to delete all, like normal history have, also timestamp is missing. And clicking the item does nothing. Maybe download list should use same style, options, etc like history is using?

Another issue with downloads, sometimes it hangs or drags behind. Older state is shown, you have to close it and open it to show new state. When this happens interacting with downloads/notifications does not work, like pause download, etc.

Another issue with download, wrong download canceled from notifications. With two downloads, clicked cancel on one and the other one got canceled

@hazuki0x0 Downloads and Downloads List has a lot of issues, has any changes been made to improve downloads?

Download still does not resume, starts from beginning. I am not sure if losing wifi for a moment stops download or not. Also, clear all downloads is useful instead of one by one
