Beta -s download manager issues

Hi,

Stock Oreo 8.0.1

Screenshots added:

  1. Click on the download link, download manager opens and I must click OK.

  2. Why I must click OK, if I have choosed in browser settings > download action > always download?

  3. Notification, that file is downloaded.

  4. When I click the notification, I'm getting error " There was a problem parsing the package". But when I use filemanager (EZ File Explorer) and click to previously downloaded file, the installation window opens, so the package is fine.
