change default auth to better auth

next-forge is a great project. It serves as a great learning resource to many new devs while also teaching good patterns I also wish @haydenbleasel would re-consider replacing a clerk which is a paid saas offering with better-auth as default auth. This will open the door to expanding auth features examples to more advanced features like teams/orgs/members/api-key/oauth all available within better-auth. There are tons of resources for simple auth but they stop short of any of the advanced features of better-auth. With better-auth and @haydenbleasel working closer to Next.js this idea is hopefully more welcome!! Thanks again for this wonderful project.
