Allow customizing what fields are present when creating a new item

What is the problem you are trying to solve with this feature?

Quickly creating items is only limited by item location, name, description, and labels. I would like to be able to add additional information without needing to edit each individual item after initially creating them in bulk (i.e choosing Create and Add Another). Allowing a user to customize what fields they want to initially populate first will save them time.

What is the solution you are proposing?

I would like to be able to configure what fields are shown in the initial popup when creating an item. This could be a setting or even a configuration for the application that allows me to specify what fields I want shown in the initial creation screen. For example, I mainly care about adding the items name, a picture, and the cost. This setting should take effect for all users.

Another option would be to simply allow the creation of items using a similar view as when editing an item.

What alternatives have you considered?

The current solution is to create all items first, then edit each item in order to add a price and attachment

This is similar to #846 but this request is to allow for other fields, not just the quantity.
