Support for codium & know what's happening in bg

Thanks for making this !

I tried it, but nothing's happening. Probably because I use 'codium' and not vscode. Can you please add support for codium too ?

Would be great if we can know what's happening in background. An icon on extension toolbar to know status, errors if any. Right now it's just blank and I'm confused as to what's happening, whether it was a success or errors in between.
