[FEAT] COUNT-DOWN TIMER VISIBLE IN THE COMMENTS SCREEN

As the live session progresses, we normally keep the comments screen on, so that we can read and respond to viewers' comments.

However, this means we cannot see the timer, which is currently on the other screen. This often leads to a surprise interruption when the live stream time limit ends and we are suddenly kicked out.

It would be useful to include a timer in the comments screen, so that we know how much time we have left for our live stream before we're kicked out.
