Submit a simple vue.js project to the challenge list

Contribute a sample vue.js app to include in the challenge :muscle:

  • Add the source code into a new folder with the name "DayN-AppName" in the root directory
  • Update the Readme.md inside your project folder with instructions to setup and run the app
  • Add the screenshot of the app into the images folder of this repo
  • Update the Readme.md of this project with the following details accordingly

If you want to see what it looks like check this video.

In that video, the app was built in React, but I used Vue instead.
