Hey, how do i get started for android app development. The supported backend listed in readme seems outdated?

Is it possible to develop apps as of today?

My usecase was to create system tools like file manager, gallery, notes, launcher, Sms, dialer, etc. Something similar to https://github.com/SimpleMobileTools

These require access to native android permissions and components.
