Corrupts ZIP files

I downloaded EixMode9 1.4.4.8 twice and it won't extract the file. I then try on my computer but it says "ZIP file is corrupted"

Are you sure eixmode9 1.4.4.8 zip which has been uploaded isn't corrupt?
