Seems VERY unreliable with Atom 1.18.0 (on Windows)

There doesn't appear to be a clear indication whether the plugin is enabled or not. The toggle menu item doesn't seem to change anything visually or operationally. The only way I could seem to get it to do anything was to open the elastic-tabstops.js and play with that a bit - but that seemed to stop working if I edited the file much.

Has this version of Atom broken the plugin (beyond #9?)

Please let this not be true. I'm on 1.17 now and I cannot live without this plugin. :p

The toggle should work now. And this plugin is ok until Atom 1.18.0, but not work with 1.19.0 beta.
