Wacom CTL-472 cursor shaking

Hardware/software information

Windows Version: 10

Tablet Driver version: Hawku

Tablet model: Wacom CTL-472

i dont have any of the Wacom drivers installed only the Hawku drivers installed but my cursor shakes when i hold it one place. any reason why this is happening?
