TabletDriverGUI work but the cursor does not move

Everything worked for about a year and a half, I recently downloaded the original xp-pen drivers, drew in sai2, then decided to go to osu!, turned on TabletDriverGUI, it says connected to xp-pen, but the cursor does not move. I deleted all the drivers already and installed them again, even deleted the device from the computer, but still the same problem I have a wacom ctl 471, I connected it too, but the problem is still the same..
