i have the same issue with the same tablet model

Reinstalled windows 10 and did the same configuration and still works for my Veikk S640.

I don't know which one that did it but I did:

Fully enabled the .Net framework 3.5 and 4.8 in windows feature. Installed veikk drivers but not in Startup

FYI: there is 2 variants of the S640 (in reality about 5), and only 1 or 2 work on this driver, this driver isn't even supported anymore, if any of you cared to look at the issue i linked above which is #1087, also read the readme.

Im just saying it still works and other might want to keep using this driver and I didn't know there was 5 variants.
