Tablet doesn't let me move my cursor

Tablet Driver version: 0.2.3

Tablet model: CTH-472

Whenever I open my tablet driver it sometimes doesn't let me move my cursor, it just gets stuck in random places once it detects my tablet has been found, the only fix I have found for it is completely restarting my pc, I don't have any other drivers open in the background and it's just a very odd issue I've found
