Application isn't working when i try to open it

Windows Version: Win 7 Home

Tablet Driver version: Latest

Tablet model: Veikk S640

After downloading the driver, I installed vmulti_driver and run TabletDriverService and found this issue

and like I said in the title, the application isn't open when i try to open in anyway (including double-click, Right-click -> Open, Right-click -> Run as adminstrator, Left-click -> Enter
