Tablet area not working

I use a tablet area of 115mm with force aspect and absolute (osu!) mode activated, when I tried the tablet out of the game the area works fine, but when I open it reduces a lot. I realized by putting the cursor at the end, then I opened the game, it was already running, and I had to go up a lot until it moved.
