Establish wiki

In Haveno, all references to bisq.wiki were replaced with haveno.exchange/wiki as a placeholder, which shows a page not found.

This issue requests establishing a wiki for Haveno, similar to bisq.wiki.

Bisq wiki runs on MediaWiki and as noted in installation requirements it requires a web server, PHP (at least 7.4.3) and a database server. Haveno web page runs on Jekyll deployed on github pages.. but is only for a static content. For a dynamic content generated by PHP we would need a web server...

Another option is to turn on wiki here in repo settings so it would be located at https://github.com/haveno-dex/haveno/wiki
