Request - Hide your online offer from "Ignored peers"

When you ignore a peer in the preference options it still shows the offer you have online to your ignored peer, its just that they cannot take it. It is sort of useless to be like this imho. Ideally the ignored peer should not see your offer at all. This has obvious privacy benefit if people are using different payment methods that you dont want to link

You can get a new hidden service address in less than a second. Blocking|ignoring users is pretty ineffective.
