Trade history and summary does not consider reverted trades

Currently the trade history and summary does not consider if a trade was reverted by the arbitrator. Instead these trades are considered "complete".

This issue requests indicating that these trades were reverted in the trade history and exported CSV, and excluded from the trade summary.
