Server shows as offline, could probably be fixed by caching pings

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Often infrared shows the server as offline probably because of too many ping requests. You can test it by pinging one of this servers mc.2b2t.org.ru play.2b2t.org.ru

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice to limit ping requests and cache the last response
